6 December and close on 31 January 2019 or when the numbers are reached. There is a cap of 4,000 runners for the 50km and 2,000 for the 21km.

It is compulsory to register (number collection) for the ultra and half marathon before the race to receive your race numbers and related items. NO RACE NUMBER COLLECTION WILL BE POSSIBLE ON THE DAY OF THE RACE.

The following race number collection options are avaialble at the time of your entry:

POSTNET delivery – this is a free service included in your entry fee. Should you choose this option you need to select the POSTNET branch where you would like to collect your race pack.
Courier delivery – this is a paid option whereby you can have your race number delivered at your chosen address.
Hartbeespoort registration – availalable on the day before the race (15 March 2019) at the Hartbeespoort Marathon Club clubhouse at Scott street, Schoemansville, Hartbeespoort. (25°43'18.6"S 27°52'28.8"E)
The first 1,000 runners to enter the ultra marathon will receive a complimentary Om Die Dam Ultra T-Shirt. The T-Shirts will be handed to runners in their race pack during registration.

While we will endeavour to supply you with the right size, no guarantee can be given to size availability.

Those who would like to purchase a limited edition moisture management T-shirt these will be available at the time of entry as well as on the registration and race days.

Race substitution, upgrades and downgrades will only be provided on the last registration day on the day before the race. This will assist those who missed out or are keen to do the 50km qualifier, or half marathon which will again offer spectacular views by crossing the dam wall twice.
